NoteWay & Copy Cats Media Help Sponsor Folk Alliance

Guestbook Available For Your NoteWay Website
In case you missed the announcement in early January, you can now have a guestbook on your NoteWay website. This will allow site visitors to leave comments on your site and provides you with yet another way to interact with your fans. Also, you’ll be happy to know that we have implemented a powerful spam filter to reduce unwanted "junk" comments on your site.
The guestbook has turned out to be a very popular feature and several NoteWay sites have received dozens of comments already. One of these sites is for songwriter, singer, and guitarist Cindy Kallet. To learn more about Cindy, check out her website at www.cindykallet.com.
If you signed up with NoteWay prior to this January and have not yet enabled the guestbook, you can follow these steps to enable it:
- Log in to your NoteWay account
- Select “Website Appearance”
- Then “Select which pages are shown”
- Then “Show” next to “Guestbook”
You may also wish to change the name of your guestbook and change the order in which it appears in the navigation menu on your site. Use the “Change the name of each page” and “Change the order in which pages appear on the menu” options to make these changes.
You have full control over the entries in your guestbook. To edit or delete an entry:
- From the main menu, select “Websites Pages”
- Then “Guestbook”
- Then either “Edit existing guestbook entry” or “Delete existing guestbook entry”.
More Choices Available In Theme Gallery
In December, we added several new themes to our theme gallery to make this the largest selection yet. Since then we have added yet more themes to the gallery. If you haven’t had a chance to see the new themes yet, simply log in to your NoteWay control panel, select “Website Appearance”, then “Change the color theme for the entire website”. You can also see samples of the themes on the NoteWay website at: www.noteway.com/theme-gallery.
It is now easier to browse through the available theme choices in the control panel, as they are displayed in groups of five per page. This should also allow the theme pages to load more quickly, especially if you are on a slow connection.
We’re always looking for ways to improve our theme gallery choices. If you have any suggestions for new themes or comments on any of our current themes, we’d love to hear from you.
