Customizing Your Webmail Appearance
Our new webmail system was released just a couple months ago as part of our recent server upgrades. The new webmail is extremely flexible and can be customized in various ways.
Don’t like your background colors? Text too small to read? These settings can be quickly and easily adjusted by changing the theme used for your webmail account. This is very similar to the theme gallery in the NoteWay control panel, where a few clicks can change the colors and fonts used on all pages throughout your webmail.
To change your theme, select the Options link from the horizontal menu at the top, then select the section for “Display Preferences”. Use the “Theme” dropdown list to select a different color scheme and the “Custom Stylesheet” dropdown list to select a different font or font size. This screen also includes various other options that can be changed like the number of messages to show per page.
When you are finished select the Submit button at the bottom. Then click the “Check mail” link in the upper left corner of the screen to refresh your view and see your changes.
One thing to keep in mind is that any settings you change will apply only to the email address you are viewing. If you have multiple email addresses through you website, you’ll need to login to each account and change the settings for each one separately.
More Website Themes Coming Soon
NoteWay has been working hard to expand the theme choices available for your website. Over the next few months, we’ll be rolling out several new collections of themes.
The new themes will include more artistic banners, more contrast, and a wider variety of colors to help your website stand out and get noticed. Each theme will be easily available to choose with a few clicks in the control panel.
