New Control Panel Coming Soon
NoteWay is excited to announce that our new control panel will soon be available. This next version of the control panel will be much more visual, with a point and click style of approach.
Each option within the control panel will include a screenshot showing which section of the website you are updating. And all the options for that section will be consolidated into a single menu for quick reference.
For example, the guestbook section will include a screenshot of the guestbook page showing all the options available for your guestbook. That means everything from deleting messages, to changing the sort order, to changing the email notification settings can now be done in one convenient location.
The new control panel has been in the works for a long time, and will serve as a new foundation for all future enhancements. Stay tuned for more news about the new control panel in the upcoming weeks.
Newsletter Delivery Improvements
NoteWay has updated our email servers to help improve the delivery of your newsletters. In the past, you may have sometimes seen bounce back messages if any of the emails on your subscriber list could not be delivered on the first attempt.
You should no longer see these messages moving forward. Instead, if any email addresses on your subscriber list are not available on the first attempt, the email servers will wait for a brief time and try resending the message to just those subscribers. The only time you will see a bounce back message is if the message could not be delivered after multiple attempts.
